She asked for a makeover…something really whacky and different with plenty of attitude!
I recently had a return visit from a lovely client – this time she asked for a makeover and something ‘whacky and different”.
The instruction from her aunt was to ensure that it had plenty of attitude like her niece!
So Sunday saw me at the studio to shoot a session with a young musician and an interesting brief from my web designer …”we need some pictures of you working” .
OK I thought that should be easy and I tasked my “assistant” aka husband to take said photos.
Now its an odd situation, being photographed whilst photographing and surprisingly I started to feel quite awkward. I just couldn’t put my finger on why and then it struck me!!! I was feeling awkward because I was worried about how I would look, was my hair ok, did I have a double chin, does my bum look big, etc etc. I was fearing the very thing I work so hard to avoid in my sessions.
